I just had to write to thank you for the extremely relevant and timely information in the Line of Sight webinar. This was my first webinar experience; the quality of the content and the opportunity to tap into others’ brains through the discussion board have been very helpful. I’ve probably used more information from this one series than from any other continuing ed I’ve done.

Of course, part of this is due to it being the right topic at the right time – my company has suddenly (and finally!) realized the critical need for channeling more resources and more clout to our internal communications efforts. That has meant your lectures and supporting resources/materials were very well received at the highest levels of the organization when I’d cite them in our executive team discussions.

I must say that I liked the Webinar, mainly because of its many useful tips & ready-to-use ideas. I particularly enjoyed the quality of the web links that you included in the lessons. In fact, Lesson 5 convinced us to develop our own publication focused in online PR.
